Shipping and Handling

We aim to dispatch your order the same working day or the next working day after we receive it. Please allow up to seven days before contacting us. Any shortfalls or defect should be notified to HobbyAirsofter.com A.S.A.P. in writing by post or E-mail:[email protected]er.com

1. Delivery to Ireland is charged at a flat rate of €6.95 per order. Delivery for orders over the value of €100 is FREE. Shipping charges are quoted directly from GLS couriers and are subject to change without notice. 

2. Delivery to Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom is charged at a flat rate of €9.50 per order, up to 20kg in weight. Parcels weighing more than 20kg may be subject to a small surcharge. Shipping charges are quoted directly from GLS couriers and are subject to change without notice. 

3. We cannot deliver Airsoft Rifles, Pistols, Shotguns or Grenades to addresses outside of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK. We can deliver accessories, BB's, Co2 and Gas to other European countries. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you would like to have an order delivered to other European countries. 

4. A confirmation e-mail is sent when your package has been shipped. 

5. A collection service is available from our showroom at Unit 10, Block 613, Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. Please phone 01 257 3102 or e-mail [email protected]er.com  in advance if you wish to avail of this service. Orders may not be released for collection without advance notice.

6. We track all IP addresses and report fraudulent activity. Please keep in mind, credit card fraud is a very serious offence.

7. Goods must be fully checked prior to signing for them, as claims can't be dealt with after you have signed for the delivery.
